| 'Fat Joe Live At House of Blues' On iN DEMAND Networks NuTech Digital, Inc. , a leader in the production and distribution of original and licensed DVD content, announced that an agreement has been finalized with iN Demand Networks, the leader in Pay-Per-View and Video-On-Demand television. As a result of the agreement, NuTech will air some of its top concert productions, including Jessica Simpson, D12 and Fat Joe. The second of the series will kick off with the premiere of "Fat Joe Live at the House of Blues" airing on June 8, 2007. The concerts will first air on both iN1 and iN3 PPV channels and later will be made available on VOD. "iN Demand is delighted to partner with NuTech Digital", said David Asch, SVP, Programming of iN DEMAND Networks. "Their great line-up of concerts will make an excellent addition to our Pay-Per-View and Video-On-Demand services."
