| Marcia Miget To Perform With Voices Of Latin Rock Legends by imajinnWEST ![]() Migét's performance pedigree includes multiple appearances with Carlos Santana, and legends such as Freddy Redd, Buddy Baker, Kenny Barron, Frank Foster, Pete Escovedo, Donald Byrd, Tyrone Hill of Sun Ra's Arkestra, Anthony Brown and the Asian American Orchestra, Wayne Wallace's Rhythm and Rhyme, and son, drummer Jaimeo Brown to name a few. A multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer and educator, Ms. Migét performs in multiple genres nationally at venues. 2006 saw her at the Fillmore Jazz Festival with David Hardiman's San Francisco Big Band Allstars; 2003 through 2005 with the AAJC (African American Jazz Caucus) Dance Band at the International Association of Jazz Educators' Convention; in 2004 as Featured Artist with the AAJC/HBCU (Historically Black Colleges' & Universities) Allstar Big Band; with Dr. Anthony Brown and the Asian American Orchestra playing the Monterey, Stern Grove and Fillmore Jazz Festivals. She has been the featured performer with the James Cleveland Choir at the Gospel Music Workshop of America.
