| Reggie Workman's Sculptured Sounds ’Preview’ Concert Reggie Workman's Sculptured Sounds Music Festival will take place in February next year. But his ’Preview’ concert will take place Sun., Dec. 10 at Saint Peter's Church, Lexington Ave. NYC. The concert features Trio 3 (Oliver Lake (Sax) Reggie Workman (Bass) & Andrew Cyrille (Drums.) Musical symmetry in a sparse, yet tight rhythmic concept to totally open harmonies of the sax, bass & drums; Saxophonist/Composer and Art Blakey alum Billy Harper is joined by The New School Vocal Ensemble for a premiere performance of his new vocal compositions; Juhani Aaltonen- The Finnish Saxophone maverick is joined by musical titans, Workman and Cyrille for the trio's US debut!
