| Live Nation Dominates Billboard Touring Awards Live Nation, the world's leading live entertainment company, dominated the 2006 Billboard Touring Awards which were held on Thursday, November 9 in New York City, taking home seven awards in all including Top Promoter of the Year. Live Nation also enjoyed honors for Top Tour and Top Draw for The Rolling Stones, "A Bigger Bang" tour, which was produced by Michael Cohl's Concert Productions International, and Top Boxscore winner Madonna at Wembley Arena, London, which was produced by Live Nation Global Music Chairman Arthur Fogel and his The Next Adventure global touring division. Other Live Nation wins for the evening included a special Creative Content award for Cirque du Soleil's "Delirium" arena tour, as well as two venue awards, one for Top Club for House of Blues in Atlantic City, NJ, and Top Amphitheatre for Nikon at Jones Beach Theatre in Wantagh, NY.
