Charlie Daniels In Japan And South Korea

Charlie Daniels, country music's most energetic fiddler, has taken the Charlie Daniels Band to Kumamoto, Japan, where he performed at the 18th annual Country Gold Festival with The Grascals, Cowboy Crush, and promoter Charlie Nagatani and then immediately started travels to South Korea to perform for military personnel at several military bases including Camp Walker, Camp Casey, Camp Humphreys, Yongsan Garrison, and Camp Red Cloud.

'Charlie Daniels took the stage and there was electricity that ran through the entire crowd of 20, 000 spectators - all jumping to their feet when he walked on, ' says Country Gold festival talent producer Judy Seale. 'Charlie rocked the crowd for an hour and at the end of the show, Charlie called everyone on stage to sing 'Will the Circle Be Unbroken' with him.'

Charlie is no stranger to performing for the military either. His patriotic efforts are unparalleled in country music, as he frequently takes his music to the troops no matter where they are located - from Iraq to South Korea, from United States to Afghanistan. He has recently been awarded the Hall of Fame Award by the VFW.

Charlie's latest album, Country Stars N' Stripes features the Star Spangled Banner, In America, This Ain't No Rag, It's A Flag, The Intimidator, God Bless The Mother, My Beautiful America, How Great Thou Art, Little Folks, Last Fallen Hero, America, I Believe In You, The South's Gonna Do It (Again), and The Devil Went Down To Georgia.
