| Steve Apirana & Derek Lind Touring the South Island New Zealand favourites Steve Apirana and Derek Lind are revisiting their favourite New Zealand venues on a tour of the South Island. Derek and Steve are both great entertainers and passionate TEAR Fund supporters. Derek has been described as "One of our most consistently literate yet most affecting lyricists", while his last album was critically acclaimed. His music has exceptional depth, honesty and the raw power of Bob Dylan. Steve, an Australian-based kiwi, is a renowned blues and rock'n'roll player. Also a much loved musician, he is returning to perform not long after a car accident almost claimed his life – hence the name of the tour. After a grueling rehabilitation, Steve says he is delighted to finally be on the road again. The concerts are free.
