| Jack Prybylski Releases Window Shopping Award-winning saxophonist Jack Prybylski has just announced signing on with Innervision Records for the 2006 release of Window Shopping. Prybylski will be "going for adds" on October 16, 2006 with his first single, "Bright Spot, " which features Ken Navarro. Teaming up with Innervision Records provided Prybylski an aggressive and fresh approach to the release of his sophomore, solo CD. "I wanted a label that was energetic about the success of Window Shopping. Innervision is committed to finding new ideas to get Window Shopping in the hands of fans and are comfortable working outside the box, " said Prybylski. "I think it is important that a label be an equal partner in the process, but also be willing to reach beyond the norm to make it happen." A talent-packed testament to some of the finest work in contemporary music, Window Shopping is produced by renowned player/producer Ken Navarro. Hot compositions include "I Need You, " "Santa Faustina" and "Window Shopping." Prybylski gives inspired treatment to Stevie Wonder's "I Wish" and "Space Lion" from the Japanese anime series "Cowboy Bebop." Also featured are "Bright Spot, " which is written by Navarro and feature his guitar work. The vocal track, "Don't Say No, " is written by Grammy-nominated composer Travis Milner (Will Downing, Gerald Levertt). write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Jazz News :: home page |
