| New Sirius Show ’Trane Tracks’ Legendary jazz saxophonist John Coltrane, who died in 1967, will be honored in a new weekly Sirius Satellite Radio program, "Trane Tracks", that will feature Coltrane's music and other artists interpreting his work. Internationally famous saxophonist Joe Lovano will guest host the inaugural program. Trane Tracks will premiere on Saturday, September 23 - the 80th anniversary of Coltrane's birth in 1926. It will be broadcast every Saturday, hosted by veteran jazz radio host Les Davis, with repeat broadcasts on Wednesdays. The enormous musical legacy of John Coltrane will be explored each week in this exclusive new Sirius weekly music program on Pure Jazz / channel 72.
