| Women In Jazz Festival The world's largest women's jazz festival returns this September to Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola. The 2nd annual Diet Coke Women In Jazz Festival at Jazz at Lincoln Center takes place September 4-October 1. This exciting festival features the best female jazz vocalists and instrumentalists on the scene today. Jazz singer Ann Hampton Callaway explains the importance of such a festival, "The Diet Coke Women in Jazz Festival puts a much needed spotlight on many of the formidable female artists who, regardless of their talents, still struggle to get equal time and respect in a male dominated field. I remember in college being annoyed by such festivals as I thought they were patronizing.
