| Diane Delin at Skokie Theatre Jazz violinist Diane Delin will be appearing at The Skokie Theatre, Skokie, IL, with her quartet (Dennis Luxion: piano, Larry Kohut: bass, Eric Montzka: drums) on Friday, June 16th. She is 2005 DownBeat Critic's Poll "Rising Star" and Blujazz recording artist. Delin was recently awarded Artist-In- Residence status by the Cavalcade of Music Foundation for their new Performance Center--The Skokie Theatre in the Chicago area. Diane will be performing at the theatre on a regular basis, conducting seminars, and assisting in booking performances. The Skokie Theatre was recently renovated to the tune of 1.5 million dollars and will help serve the foundation's goals of providing a world-class environment for independent artists, providing music business education seminars, and professional clinics. .
