| Gary Lucas plays at Bowery Poetry Club Before Russian Tour Extraordinaire guitarist Gary Lukas & his all- star band Gods And Monsters will play at the Bowery Poetry Club in NYC this Friday April 7th with legendary Talking Heads keyboardist Jerry Harrison before Lukas upcoming Russian tour. Dubbed "an underground-rock fan's dream team" by The New Yorker, Gods And Monsters features Ernie Brooks (Modern Lovers) on bass and Billy Ficca (Television) on drums, plus Jason Candler (Hungry March Band) on sax.
