CBC Records wins Juno

CBC Records won the 26th JUNO award in its nistory! Traditionally strongest in the classical categories, CBC Records takes very special pride in winning in the Traditional Jazz Album of the Year category with the CD entitled Ask Me Later, featuring the Don Thompson Quartet.

The brilliant pianist, bassist, vibraphonist and composer has been onthe forefront of the Canadian jazz scene for over forty years. Ask Me Later is comprised entirely of original music from Thompson. Don Thompson, who plays vibes and piano on the recording, is accompanied by Phil Dwyer on saxophone, Jim Vivian on double bass, and Terry Clarke on drums.
