| Dessy Di Lauro in Atlanta Montreal born, Brazilian Italo-Cuban singer, songwriter Dessy Di Lauro will will take stage at Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA on Sunday, April 2nd through Tuesday, April 4th. Dessy's current album, "A Study Of A Woman's Soul" (CrazyglueMusic) has received rave reviews from music critics, fans, and taste-makers. Her rich blend of Soul, Latin, and Jazz music along with her distinctive voice and songwriting have gained international attention from countries such as UK, Brazil, Canada, France, and now the US. Known for her unique sound, Dessy was chosen to be part of the original cast of the critically acclaimed Cirque du Soleil production, "La Nouba" in 1998. She teamed up with producer, composer, and keyboardist, Ric'key Pageot, who is also musical conductor on the "Delirium" tour. For the entire year of 2006, Dessy will tour the US and Canada with the latest Cirque du Soleil production, which is a combination of music, acrobatics, comedy, dance, drama and multimedia.
