| The Alex Blake Quartet at the Jazz Standard  Before heading off to perform in Istanbul, the Alex Blake Quartet will share cuts from their new CD “In Motion” with New York audiences at The Jazz Standard on Sunday, March 19, 2006. Alex Blake is a famous bassist, who performed, recorded and toured with Stan Getz, Manhattan Transfer, bassist of choice for Randy Weston's band.
