| Dana Leong Quintet - Leaving New York “Leaving New York” is the debut CD by Dana Leong and his quintet composed of Cello/Trombone (Dana Leong), Violin (Christian Howes), Viola (Alan Grubner), Organ (Alon Yavnai), and Drums (Ernesto Simpson). Dana's music combines rich cinematic harmonies, elegant string textures, propelled by seriously funky grooves. The CD features guest appearances by renowned bassist, Christian McBride, 8x Grammy Winning Clarinetist, Paquito D'Rivera, and spoken word rap poetry by Baba Israel.
