| Built to Spill new album Critically revered and beloved Boise, Idaho, band Built to Spill have kept everyone in anticipation since their last release, "Ancient Melodies of the Future." In the past five years, the band has toured on and off while working on their new album and finally, "You In Reverse, " their first self-produced and truly collaborative band effort, will be released April 11, 2006. A national tour will launch on the same day. The band line-up has once again been fortified by the addition of guitarists Jim Roth and Brett Netson, enabling the band to scale even greater sonic possibilities. The band has already started surrounding the first track released digitally to the public February 14, 2006, "Goin' Against Your Mind." In other Built to Spill news, the band will be performing new material at this year's SXSW Music Conference in Austin, Texas, as part of the Warner Bros.
