| Bob Masteller's “The Jazz Corner Swings Latin.” Jazz critics are giving glowing reviews to Bob Masteller's new CD, “The Jazz Corner Swings Latin.” Radio stations across the country and around the world (including Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland) are playing songs form the CD. Recorded live at The Jazz Corner in Hilton Head, S.C, Masteller's new album features Pianist Norm Gagne, Bassist Clarence Williams, and Drummer Chris Russell. Masteller began performing at the age of 12 with his father's band and has since performed for a long list of dignitaries including Presidents Ford, Bush and Clinton. During the filming of “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, ” he did a 26-week stint at Sweet Georgia Brown. Masteller plays vibraphone, valve trombone, and a little horn called the Puje.
