| David Brewbaker Tops Indie Charts Two-Tone Biscayne, a single from Maine-based independent songwriter/guitarist David Brewbaker, has reached number two on the ArtistLaunch.com Blues chart. It is the song's highest rating since its ascension on the independent charts in 2005. One of several of Brewbaker's songs that have had a foothold in the independent charts over the last year, Two-Tone has confirmed its position as number eight on ArtistLaunch's Most Played Songs chart. Brewbaker's music was also recently featured as part of The ArtistLaunch Hour, a weekly internationally syndicated radio show that is heard online and on terrestrial FM and AM stations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Finland, Sweden and more. Brewbaker follows the success of Two-Tone Biscayne and other singles such as Slip of the Tongue and God Only Knows with his latest release, Long Gone. The song is Brewbaker's fifth single independent release and has already received reviews and chart movement in Americana and Country/Blues genres. David Brewbaker, a songwriter, singer and guitarist, was born in Richmond, Va. He has spent many years as a working musician, performing as a vocalist and guitarist in an eclectic mix of rock, blues, country and jazz-fusion bands. Early in his career, while living in New Mexico, he worked with Norman Petty, record producer and publisher who was instrumental in Buddy Holly's career.
