| New Guitar Web Site Todd, Michael & James, Inc. announced today the launch of its new web site (www.GuitarRx.com) which showcases a unique See-it, Hear-it, Play-it learning approach. There are hundreds, if not thousands of guitar courses and lessons available on the Internet, but none combine this play-along approach with real guitar audio. Most use the tinny, keyboard sounding midi format. "I like to think of it as a FUN guarantee, " stated James Todd, President of TMJ. "There are lots of good courses and lessons available, but how many times can you practice a fingering exercise, play a scale, or study music theory before you get bored with it. The foundation of our approach is based upon a tried and true principle: you learn best when we enjoy what you are doing." The web site currently features approximately 60 individual guitar songs, leads, and riffs. While predominantly rock and blues guitar, the company is adding new music regularly to the site. Additional genres to be added over the next few months include country, heavy metal, fusion, new age, and gospel. write your comments about the article :: © 2005 Jazz News :: home page |
