| Mr. Z Zaxariades New CD on Freeham Records by Ron Sagye La Rue  Guitarist/vocalist, Mr. Z has just released Zaxariades on FreeHam records. On the CD are classics by Horace Silver, James Moody, Antonio Carlos Jobim and Miles Davis. And a seldom heard composition by Jon Hendricks "Tell Me The Truth". On various cuts he's backed by Tom Lange, bass;John Fitzgerald drums, vibes, percussion;Gustavo Gracia, percussion and Kenny Wild bass. There are four originals by Mr. ZZaxariades, formerly known as Bruce Scott, has enjoyed several incarnations in the entertainment industry. As a boy in New York City, he sang at the Metropolitan Opera. As a teenager he appeared in numerous films, including "Hang 'em High," with Clint Eastwood. As a young man he appeared on Broadway in many hit shows, including the original cast of "Jesus Christ Superstar." As an adult, he starred in the cult film classic "Flesh Gordon." And as a mature musical artist he toured the world for six years with the legendary master of vocalese, Jon Hendricks.
