| Blues Blast 2006 The first festival of the calendar year in the United States is Blues Blast 2006, this year being held on February 26th. Hosted annually by the Phoenix Blues Society, Blues Blast takes place in the beautiful grassy-sloped Mesa Amphitheatre.
