| Monty Alexander will perform at the Ottawa Jazz Festival Ottawa Jazz Festival Inc. announced, that Jamaican renowned jazz pianist Monty Alexander will perform at the 8th Annual Fall into Swing Benefit Concert ~ Live & Silent Auction on Thursday, December 15th at the National Library and Archives Auditorium and will be hosted by Ottawa media personality Ken Rockburn. Alexander, who uses both the traditions of American jazz with his authentic Jamaican roots, has spent a lifetime exploring the rich depths of musical and cultural diversity; aficionados describe Alexander as a musician who defines the joy of jazz.
