A Night of Contemporary Jazz with Pamela Luss

One Night Only Performance with Special Guests Barney McAll (Piano), Myron Walden (Sax), Lang Lund (guitar), Richie Goods (bass), and Quincy Davis (Drums) at Club Coda, New York on Tuesday Sept. 20th

Vocalist Pamela Luss will perform a contemporary array of jazz music with surprisingly fresh arrangements, as well as newer songs with a modern edge. Pamela's exceptional pitch, uniquely smooth voice, and purity of tone have garnered her comparisons to some of the finest vocalists in music today, including Diana Krall and Michael Bublé. After years of top-notch vocal training, including graduating from New York University, she has performed at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, and has been a regular at Bruno Jamais Restaurant Club, as well as performing at various clubs in New York City over the past year. At Weill Recital Hall, Pamela worked under the musical direction of the world-renowned saxophonist Vincent Herring. Under his masterful direction, Pamela has had the opportunity to perform with a variety of great jazz musicians, including Eric Reed, Mulgrew Miller, Tom Harrell, Russell Malone, Richie Goods, Steve Turre, Louis Hayes, Stefon Harris, Greg Hutchinson, Jeremy Pelt and others. Many of these outstanding artists accompany Pamela on her upcoming debut CD.
