| Uri Bracha will perform in Kamelot Jazz Club, Herzelia, Israel Uri Bracha, the Israeli jazz musician and composer, will perform in Kamelot jazz Club in Herzelia, Israel. The concert, called “Voices Instruments & Bossa Nova”, will be held on 9th August at 22:00, with a special guest, the singer Perla Malcos. The special program of the guitarist Uri Bracha and his group, which will be mainly dedicated to the Brazilian music, will include an exciting mixture of Brazilian musical style Bossa Nova ( Antonio Carlos Jobim ) and Latin American love songs ( Carlos Gardel, the Argentinean creator of tango-song ). The jazz concert will also include original music performed by Uri’s group, which includes Hagai Cohen Milo ( contrabass ), Gonen Rosenberg ( drums, percussion ), Arnon Fridman ( piano, keyboards ) and Juares ( percussion, voice ). Early this year, Bracha released a new album, called “Origins”, which includes original tunes influenced by the Middle East, African and Latin music and Jazz. During the last year Bracha played with the Israeli Chamber Orchestra, Habama Orchestra and the Israeli Chamber Orchestra conducted by Noam Sherif. In 2002, Bracha appeared at the Red Sea International Jazz festival in Eilat, Israel. Uri Bracha graduated the Rubin Academy in Jerusalem in classical guitar and composition.
