Kaylene Peoples is a seasoned jazz vocalist, flautist whose performance skills and vocal prowess mesmerize audiences. Already reviewed by Sonic Soul Magazine, Grammy- Award-Winning Jazz Bassist Stanley Clark, and KCAL"s Jay Jackson, her new CD "All Jazzed Up!" continues to gain momentum. This album is breathtaking. It is filled with some of the most cherished standards as well as three radio friendly originals. Kaylene has performed at such venues as The Atlas in Los Angeles, the Flamingo in Las Vegas, local clubs in and around LA, and she has toured the Far East and most of the country. Kaylene received her music degree from UCLA, and mentored with Oscar winners Walter Scharf and David Raksin. She studied flute privately with Sheridan Stokes and was greatly influenced by the styles of the legendary Hubert Laws and Dave Valentine. Her favorite singers are Barbra Streisand, Sarah Vaughan and Al Jarreau, and she has been compared to jazz divas Carmen McRae, and Nancy Wilson.

"All Jazzed Up!" is Kaylene"s second independent release. Her first entitled "Right of Passage, " is still featured on radio play lists throughout Eastern Europe. Both CDs can be purchased at Towerrecords.com and CDBABY.com.

Kaylene Peoples is also the founder of Agenda Magazine, an online fashion magazine, which features designers, and has the most streaming video content of any e-magazine to date. In the past, Agenda has featured Bai Ling (Red Corner, Anna & the King, The Crow), fashion designers Kevan Hall, Charlie Lapson, and Rami Kashou just to name a few. Peoples is also an award-winning filmmaker, and record producer. You can hear her musical arrangements in American Pie 2, Serendipity, Redemption, as well as other movie soundtracks. She has composed and conducted several symphonies, a ballet and continues to score films to this day.
