| TD Canada Trust Toronto Downtown Jazz Festival The 19th annual TD Canada Trust Toronto Downtown Jazz Festival will take place Friday June 24th through Sunday July 3rd, 2005 at more than 30 venues throughout downtown Toronto. This world-class festival will showcase 1500+ of the best international and Canadian musicians performing diverse styles from traditional to fusion, blues to bebop. Hundreds of thousands of jazz fans from around the world will experience jazz at ticketed mainstage performances, in concert halls, at free indoor and outdoor stages, more than 30 clubs, hotels and lounges. Venue locations are in the heart of Downtown Toronto. The Festival mainstage is located at Nathan Phillips Square - a 1000 seat weather-protected, licensed, marquee.
