| Dick Pearce to perform with Pete Downes Trio The outstanding trumpet/flugelhorn player Dick Pearce is joining PD3 for several performances including The Stables, Wavendon on Tuesday 3rd May. “Dick is one of the leading players not only in the UK but worldwide”. says Pete. “He performed with Ronnie Scott for fourteen years and is also seen regularly with Gilad Atzmon, Stan Tracy and other leading British and International artists. ”We met Dick several times at trio performances in The Grouse & Claret. He expressed great enthusiasm for our unusual approach and we are very pleased that he is excited about performing with us”.
