| Moxie, the Gals from the Manhattan Transfer The Kaufman Center presents Moxie: The Gals from the Manhattan Transfer on Wednesday, February 9, at 8 PM at Merkin Concert Hall. The trio, made up of active Manhattan Transfer members Janis Siegel and Cheryl Bentyne and founding member (with Siegel) Laurel Masse, will perform some songs from the 1930s Boswell Sisters catalog, works from each singer’s solo career, and a few pieces from Masse time with The Manhattan Transfer that have since been retired from that group’s repertoire. Boston Herald called the ensemble as beautiful blend of voices.
