| 2005 NYC Winter JazzFest The Knitting Factory is proud to present the 2005 NYC WINTER JAZZFEST, to be held on Sunday, January 9th, 2005 in New York City. The festival marks the The Knitting Factory's continued commitment to presenting top quality jazz and experimental music. The 2005 festival will include 19 of the most interesting new jazz artists from New York, Chicago, Detroit, and 4 artists from France (or Francophone countries). The debut festival roster has been designed to present and preview new jazz music from French artists with a special focus on collaborations between French and American jazz artists.
