| Integration of SDL Language Technologies and SDL Language Weaver SDL plc announces that the SDL Language Technologies and SDL Language Weaver businesses (Language Weaver Inc. is the machine translation technology business acquired by SDL in July of this year) will be combined and run as one integrated global business called SDL Language Technologies. Mark Tapling, currently CEO SDL Language Weaver, will become the CEO of the new SDL Language Technologies division.
