BeanAir Announces its New Wireless Data Acquisition Platform

Beanair, a French designer and manufacturer of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), announces the launch of its new model of wireless acquisition platform, the BeanDevice TOR, dedicated to "All or Nothing" measurement.

Thanks to its 8 optocoupled measurement channels, it is possible to interface on the BeanDevice TOR all kinds of TTL sensors, and then transmit your measurements without any wiring concern.

The BeanDevice TOR is useful in many applications:
- Renewable Energy market, particularly with solar panels or windmills farm;
- Process Monitoring;
- Embedded measurement (train, car, plane);
- Building Management System.

Emphasis has been placed on ease of installation, reliability and usability of the product.

The size of the enclosure is reduced, very watertight (with an IP66 index) and has a good shocks resistance (30g for 50ms). The antenna diversity technology developed by Beanair on the BeanDevice TOR allows an optimization of your radio link in harsh environment. Even with a high data rate (until 10 KHZ), the electrical consumption of the BeanDevice TOR remains ultra-low. Moreover, thanks to the rechargeable battery integrated in this new product, you are assured of a continued flow of measurements (even in a case of power cut).
