| Paltalk Acquires Virtual Phone Number Service Vumber.com Paltalk has completed an acquisition of Vumber.com, including all customers, intellectual property, trademarks and URLs of Vumber, a virtual phone service. Vumber is a virtual, disposable phone number service that enables subscribers to choose an additional phone number that can be linked to any existing phone line. This allows customers to make calls while maintaining the privacy of their phone numbers. The completion of this transaction marks Paltalk's ability to build on the previous relationship between the two companies to deliver a seamless communications platform for users. Paltalk and Vumber first partnered in February 2008 to provide privacy-ensured phone numbers to Paltalk's user base. The addition of the Vumber services into Paltalk's video and chat service offering will provide users with more privacy, control and freedom when providing phone numbers to one another.
