By investing in National Ethernet and Ethernet Extension services, as well as ISDN voice connections and Managed Internet Access from ntl:Telewest Business, DSM is safeguarding its reputation as a provider of a reliable emergency home to businesses in the event of a disaster. DSM specialises in providing businesses unable to operate from their own premises because of an unexpected incident with a fully functioning replacement office environment. It has 600 fully configured seats at its Peterborough workplace recovery centre and works with brands such as Aviva and Thomas Cook.
