| Version 10.1 of Syncro Soft's XML Editor and XML Author Released Syncro Soft has announced the immediate availability of version 10.1 of its XML Editor and XML Author containing a comprehensive set of tools supporting all the XML related technologies. Oxygen combines content author features like the CSS driven Visual XML editor with a fully featured XML development environment. It has ready to use support for the main document frameworks DITA, DocBook, TEI and XHTML and also includes support for all XML Schema languages, XSLT/XQuery Debuggers, WSDL analyzer, XML Databases, XML Diff and Merge, Subversion client and more. Version 10.1 adds a new, redesigned XML Schema diagram that allows visual XML Schema editing, a new XML Schema documentation engine supporting multiple output formats, new features in the Author visual XML editing mode, improvements in the Outliner and content completion and updates the database support. The new version adds a new simplified and improved visual editing page for XML Schema, in addition to the hybrid text/diagram page. The structure of the diagram was redesigned in order to be more intuitive and easy to use. The XML Schema diagram helps both the content authors who want to understand a schema and schema designers who develop complex schemas. The XML Schema Documentation tool was redesigned to deliver the best available performance for generating XML schema documentation. Even for the largest XML schemas (thousands of components), generates the complete documentation within a couple of minutes.
