Photos on TV 3, to be released in February 2009 from digital media software publisher X-OOM Software, allows users to create and edit a personalised slideshow of their favourite photographs to share and enjoy on the TV screen. The new digital photo presentation tool includes everything you need for creating photo slideshows, such as sound effects, animations, clipart and the ability to import content from Google Earth.

With X-OOM Photos on TV 3, users can show off their favourite digital photos in a fun and entertaining multimedia slideshow. The software offers over 1,000 music tracks, speech effects, animations and text effects to edit images and bring them to life. Videos taken on digital cameras and from the internet can be integrated into shows to enhance and animate a project. Memorable moments of holidays, birthdays and days out can all be relived in a fun TV slideshow from the comfort of the living room sofa.

Users can incorporate Google Earth sequences into photo presentations, using the screenshots and zoom-in videos to create an impressive bird's eye view of a holiday or travel destination. Photos can also be displayed and compared with those of other Google Earth users, to engage with other keen photographers from all over the world.

Keen travellers can use X-OOM Photos on TV 3 to create unique and fun projects to show off impressive photos of the different locations they have visited. Cartoon images and animal sound effects can be added to bring photos of tropical jungle destinations to life. Sounds of the sea can accompany images of beach resorts and animated snow can fall gently over skiing pictures, creating eye catching and atmospheric experiences.

Features of X-OOM Photos on TV 3 include:
· The option to export individual images and shows for viewing in digital photo frames, enabling projects to be enjoyed anywhere.
