| UK Oracle User Group Announces 2008 Survey Results UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG), an independent not for profit membership organisation created to support Oracle stakeholders, has issued the findings from its 2008 annual customer survey. The survey, which questioned over 550 Oracle users in advance of the UKOUG 2008 Conference & Exhibition, being held from 1st - 5th December at the International Convention Centre, Birmingham, surveys the opinions from the UK Oracle user community. The 2008 survey results show: Oracle Technology • 96% of Oracle customers are happy with the overall function and features of Oracle development tools; • Satisfaction with Oracle DBA Tools continues to be high with 94% of Oracle customers satisfied with Oracle DBA Tools; • 89% of Oracle users are satisfied with the function and features of Oracle Fusion Middleware; • Oracle Server version 11g Standard Edition and 11g Enterprise Edition have experienced a dramatic uptake from Oracle customers as over 10% of UK customers have migrated to an 11g platform. BEA • 82% of users are satisfied with the overall function and features of the BEA products used. Siebel • Satisfaction with Siebel products remains high as 90% of customers are satisfied. Oracle E-Business Suite • 98% of Oracle customers are satisfied with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials; • Oracle customers have recorded a 97% satisfaction rating with Oracle Supply Chain; • Growth in Oracle customers using Oracle E-Business Suite version 12 has risen five fold since 2007. Oracle Services • Levels of overall satisfaction with Oracle Consulting remain high at 86%; • Over the past three years, over three-quarters of Oracle Consulting customers have said they would actively recommend Oracle Consulting; • Satisfaction at Oracle University continues to remain high as 85% of customers are satisfied with instructor led classroom training and 87% are satisfied with the overall service and experience.
