Attenda Is Awarded ISO 20000 Certification

Attenda has been awarded the ISO 20000 certification, the first worldwide standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management. The accreditation, which complements Attenda's existing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, reflects eight years of ITIL expertise which is at the very core of the company's business operation.

ISO 20000 is the first international standard for IT Service Management promoting an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet business and customer requirements. It comprises two parts: a specification for IT Service Management and a Code of Practice with best practice for Service Management.
