Nasstar White Labels the Cloud Computing Revolution

Nasstar is launching its flagship Hosted Desktop computing product as a white label service. This is in a bid to win channel partners looking to offer cloud computing services.

The offering is targeted at telcos, ISPs and mobile networks as an easy way for businesses to implement a market-ready managed services portfolio for customers. The service will also help drive sales of additional core services including internet connectivity and mobile data for the market.

With full compatibility with BlackBerry, Windows mobile devices and standard desktops the offering will help organisations easily move to a cloud computing environment which can reach up to a 60% profit margin.

The service will also give channel partners the ability to unlock additional revenue from their existing customer base. The Hosted Desktop businesses model can generate extra revenue for the reseller, just an increment of 500 seats a month equates to £25,000,000 over three years.

The service is delivered on a pay as you go tariff, allowing organisations to manage costs via one monthly utility bill. The platform is highly scalable and can rollout to a single user through to tens of thousands.

Nasstar customer research recently revealed businesses can save between 20 and 40 per cent of their costs using a hosted desktop model compared with a traditional on premise IT set up. The hosted model also removes the risk of per-user software licence breaches as licences are managed and renewed by Nasstar.
