CHIL Releases Insight Genie

CHIL has released a market intelligence tool that helps operators improve business performance by identifying and reporting problems, opportunities and customer behaviour. Insight Genie delves deep in to raw transactional data and quickly extracts useful business information without the need for IS resources or adding an overhead to core systems.

CHIL CEO Peter McClelland stated: "There is often a gap between the technical view of bulk data and the business view which is useful for analysis and reporting. Insight Genie bridges that gap to deliver useful business information in the shortest time. The process of data extraction, rationalisation and re-modelling is done with exceptional speed by comparison with the usual options."

Business Development Director Iain Maddox explained: "Insight Genie produces very useful information which optionally can be fed into mainstream statistical analysis and reporting tools for further modelling. For example, Insight Genie could identify areas where dropped calls causing churn is a problem and another example might be to profile subscribers for propensity modelling."

Peter McClelland added: "Insight Genie is also very flexible and it can be used to set up a schedule of regular reports or used on-demand to transform very difficult-to-derive data into a usable form."
