| Celebrating Lives in a Virtual World www.lastingtribute.co.uk, a memorial website that allows people to pay online tributes in celebration of the lives of loved ones who have died, has teamed up with two national charities to create a virtual daffodil field and an online night sky so that loved ones can be remembered in an innovative way. Working in partnership with Marie Curie Cancer Care and When You Wish Upon A Star, Lasting Tribute has created a virtual daffodil Field of Hope and a virtual Night Sky. To mark the 18th anniversary of the launch of When You Wish Upon A Star, a charity which grants the wishes of children suffering from life–threatening or terminal illness, Lasting Tribute is inviting people to dedicate a star in its virtual Night Sky to a baby or child who has died, with £2.50 of the £5 cost going to the charity.
