| Kaj Hagros to Join Jamba as Chief Operating Officer Jamba announces that Kaj Hagros will join the company as Chief Operating Officer in the beginning of July. He will replace Lee Fenton, who has decided to return to London at the end of June to pursue other opportunities and join his family on a full-time basis. Mr. Hagros, who most recently served as Vice President, Market Development for Airwide Solutions, will be responsible for developing and executing Jamba's product, technology and content strategies. He will be based in Berlin and will be report to Mauro Montanaro, Jamba's CEO. Jamba, a joint venture between News Corporation and VeriSign serves 35 territories around the world with a wide array of mobile products and services. It also houses the assets of Fox Mobile Entertainment. Mr. Hagros began his mobile career in 1997 when he joined cell phone giant Nokia. After Nokia, he spent a number of years in various leadership positions at First Hop, where he was also responsible for establishing the company's first Asia-Pacific unit, based in Singapore.
