CA's Unicenter Service Desk r11 is a popular service desk application used by large enterprises worldwide to manage service commitments and help keep end users productive. iWave's new connector enables users to seamlessly exchange information between their Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 and Unicenter Service Desk environments.
