| ViaClix Names Jay Elliot President, COO ViaClix announces that technology veteran Jay Elliot has been appointed president and chief operating officer (COO). In his new position, Mr. Elliot will leverage the more than 30 years of operations experience he gained with major corporations such as IBM, Intel and Apple to help ViaClix achieve a revolutionary change in the way we watch and interact with television. Most recently, Mr. Elliot was the Founder and Chairman of Migo Software, Inc. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Apple Computer, Mr. Elliot was responsible for Finance, Managed Information Services (MIS), Real Estate and Far East Sales, as well as the Apple Foundation and Corporate Planning. He was also part of the Macintosh Division development team. During his tenure at Apple, sales increased from US$150 million to more than US$2 billion. Prior to Apple, Mr. Elliot managed IBM's 16,000-employee software division as Director of the IBM Santa Teresa software laboratory. He left IBM to join Intel, where he served as a site director and helped create the Intel Foundation.
