Crumpler’s New Squirrel Laptop Bags to Launch at Macworld 2008

Crumpler says it will introduce a new line of laptop bags, The Squirrel, at the 2008 Macworld Expo which will be held in San Francisco at The Moscone Center, January 14-18.

The Squirrel line of bags, which come in five sizes and four colors, cover all aspects of laptop storage and busy business desires, and are named for one's place (or desired place) on the proverbial corporate tree. They range from the IT Apprentice, Winston Fleece, to the Software Engineer, Reginald Transfer, through to the big Corporate Computer Cahuna - Harry Hoard.

All of the Squirrel bags, which follow the Aussie designer's reputation for bags that are fun, stylish and – most important – durable, allow for perfect hibernation for 13" to 15" laptops, with a fleecy lined interior complete with varying levels of hoarding capability. They feature a water-resistant 600 denier polyester shell, a 150 denier ripstop lining, brushed polyester-lined main compartment and removable and adjustable shoulder straps. Internal sections are configurable, with the three smallest styles featuring easy-access stowable handles and two pockets, and the three largest styles featuring full briefcase organizers, expandable filing pocket and storage space.
