| Partners in IT Announces ITSM Transformation Blueprint Partners in IT announce the availability if its ITSM Transformation Blueprint – a proven methodology for implementing best practice IT processes with a focus on ITIL V3 based Service Management and ISO/IEC 20000. The Blueprint is made up two parts, a detailed process framework and a transformation methodology. The detailed process framework consists of a set of processes, based upon the ITIL V3 and ISO/IEC 20000 and related disciplines and standards, but developed into a level of detail that provides an organisation with a head start in establishing and documenting best practice IT processes and working practices. The transformation methodology comes with extensive supporting collateral, for example, PRINCE2 based project management processes and documentation; detailed template project plans; template workshop documents; tool requirement templates and design document templates; resource planning templates and recommendations; and CMDB development templates. Partners in IT is on stand D6 and D7 at the itSMF Conference between 12th and 14th November where they will be giving guided tours of the Blueprint, demonstrating the software as a service solution for service management and discussing the factors necessary to achieve world class service delivery.
