| Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Expands SRFET Product Line  Alpha and Omega Semiconductor has announced today the release of 13 new SRFET products. The SRFET family of MOSFETs is targeted for applications requiring the highest level of performance and efficiency such as notebook and desktop PCs, servers, graphics cards, gaming consoles, datacom equipment, and point of load dc/dc converter applications. The SRFET is a proprietary technology that monolithically incorporates a low leakage 0.4V Schottky body diode into an efficient Trench power MOSFET.
