| Richard F. Wallman Elected to Board of Directors of Convergys Convergys announces the election of Richard F. Wallman to its Board of Directors effective June 26, 2007. James F. Orr, Chairman of the Board of Convergys, has made the announcement following a board meeting. Wallman, 56, is a former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell International and a former Vice President and Controller of International Business Machines (IBM). Wallman also previously held executive positions of increasing responsibility at Chrysler Corporation and the Ford Motor Company. Wallman serves on a number of public and private boards of directors including Ariba, Avaya, Hayes-Lemmerz, and Roper Industries.
