| Pink Elephant Launches ITIL V3 Courses With the launch of the new ITIL V3 books due on May 30, Pink Elephant has formally launched its ITIL V3 course schedule in the UK. Globally, Pink Elephant is offering a range of training options to help customers understand the major changes to the best practice framework. Through these choices, Pink Elephant provides an understanding of the five new ITIL books, the new service-driven 'lifecycle' approach, the new certification scheme, and more. Customers can now register for the ITIL V3 Foundations course, which is running in the UK starting in mid-June. This Foundation level course provides the certification prerequisite for the Intermediate and Advanced levels of ITIL education. In addition, a series of half-day ITIL V3 information seminars will take place in the UK to coincide with the launch of the new books. These events are being held in London (May 30), Edinburgh (May 31) and Manchester (June 1). A book launch for Pink Elephant's latest publication, Defining IT Success Through The Service Catalogue, will also take place during the three events. Registrations are being taken now and can be made online, but space is limited and spots are filling up quickly. As authors of the Continual Service Improvement book and with representation on the international exam panel, Pink Elephant is well placed to offer the best independent advice on IT Service Management best practices through the V3 courses and events. Involved with ITIL since its inception, Pink Elephant has contributed substantially to the original book sets first published in 1986 and V2 (published in 2000), in addition to the one of the new core books in V3. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Computing News :: home page |
