| Intamac Appoints BT's Brown as COO Intamac Systems has appointed Andy Brown as chief operations officer. Brown joins Intamac from BT Rich Media – a joint venture between BT Retail and BT Wholesale - where he was chief executive officer. There, he created the first digital content distribution platform of its kind in the UK to provide a range of services from content ingestion through asset management and digital distribution, across both internet and wireless channels. Before joining BT, Brown was a director at Edengene, a corporate growth and venturing business. As head of the commercial delivery practice, he led teams working with FTSE companies in the media, engineering, technology, utilities, and financial services sectors, and acted as interim CEO on a number of corporate ventures. Prior to Edengene, he held senior management positions with organisations as diverse as a City-based futures trading house and the Tate Gallery.
