| Shenick Releases diversifEye 4.0 Shenick Network Systems releases version 4.0 of its diversifEye software. Shenick is the first and only company to test both standard and high definition IPTV and Video On Demand right down to the individual TV viewer level. With diversifEye 4.0, network equipment vendors and service providers deploying triple play services can now test real world VoD functionality, as well as determine how networks perform under high load conditions such as network surges which occur during high demand viewing, such as a new video release. Shenick is the only company to enable service providers test IPTV and VoD quality right down to the individual viewer experience, enabling providers guarantee high quality service before the customer ever turns on a TV. With diversifEye 4.0 Shenick will continue to offer a full range of video codec types for VoD testing which have been supported in previous releases of diversifEye's multicast IPTV tests including high definition MPEG4 and H.264. diversifEye 4.0 will work with both Shenick's diversifEye and diversifEye10G, a single module 10 Gigabit per second stateful IP application traffic tester, to enable extreme scalability testing. diversifEye 4.0 also features a new look user interface to facilitate greater ease of use and productivity improvement testing such as bulk testing for large scale triple play video, voice and data scenarios. Users can conduct IPTV channel change testing that emulates live head end IPTV channel feeds with real video of any codec type facilitating monitoring of both standard and high definition TV channels. In addition, the new UI offers an easier and intuitive work environment for test personnel. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Computing News :: home page |
